Payment and Registration
Program fees are payable in full and in advance to Norman Prince to complete registration and guarantee appointment times. Payment can be made by check, PayPal, money order, or cash.
Sessions will begin and end at the scheduled times. If you are running late, please call, email, or text ASAP and let me know.
Cancellation, Refunds, and Rescheduling
Cancellations: Cancellations are subject to a $50 processing fee. Cancellations received less than two weeks in advance will be billed an additional $50 fee.
Cancellations for Major Emergencies:
- In the case of clients’ major medical or other emergencies, stated policies regarding cancellation, refunds, and rescheduling may be suspended on a one-time basis.
- If a session is canceled due to a major emergency (e.g., earthquake), the remaining sessions may be temporarily postponed.
- Circumstances permitting, remaining sessions will be held beginning with the next scheduled meeting date, and the program will be completed.
Refunds: If you cancel your program after receiving the materials, you will receive a refund minus 1/3 of your total fee.
There is no refund for sessions missed during a tutoring program.
- Notice is required 48 hours in advance for rescheduling sessions.
- Missed tutoring sessions may be made up with payment for the additional session(s).
Reservation of Rights
If I forgive a fee or change a policy on a one-time basis, all policies will still hold in the future.
- If I must cancel a program, participants will, at a minimum, be given full refunds for the remaining sessions.
- I am not responsible for non-refundable plane fares, hotel and car deposits, and/or any other expenses incurred by registrants.
- Under extraordinary circumstances, I reserve the right to substitute instructors, or change the location, day, or time a program or session meets.
- Programs may be canceled due to unforeseeable events.
